Unable to connect to a particular number

Please contact Customer Services with full details. We will investigate and keep you informed of our progress.

We'll need to know:

  • your account number
  • telephone number from which you are dialling
  • the number you are trying to reach
  • date and time of the attempted call (three examples would be most helpful)
  • any message you hear


Telephone line is dead

Do you rent your phone line from the Phone Co-op? If not, contact your line provider.

If you do, contact Customer Services.

Please ensure that you have tested the line using another corded handset before reporting the fault. If we call out an Openreach engineer and your equipment is faulty, they will charge you for the visit.
