Line Rental

Get line rental from us and pay for all your telephony services under one bill.

  • Single bill and point of contact for all your services

  • Lines are maintained and repaired by BT Openreach engineers

  • No change of telephone number

  • Seamless transfer of phone and broadband services

  • £1 discount if you pay by Direct Debit*

(Our lines are effectively 'BT' lines because they are run on the Openreach network. If you want to keep your current broadband provider that's no problem. However line rental is not available on cable lines).

Or by Direct Debit £10.90 per month.

FREE 1571 (BT charges £1.00 extra for 1571 if you don't make at least 2 chargeable calls per month).

LINE FEATURES AND SERVICES

Depending on the service that you order, most line features and services (such as 1471) can be transferred, but there are some that are not available. Full list of features and charges.

CONTRACTS

The transfer or restart contract term is 3 months and thereafter 1 months notice.

If during this period you are likely to change address then contact our customer services team on 0845 458 9000 for advice.

When installing a new line the minimum contract is 12 months.

Line rental as part of an Anytime or Evening & Weekend Package is subject to an 18 month contract.

A calls tariff is required with all contracts.

Your current service provider should refund any advance payments on your current line rental. Please check the terms of your contract with them.

Line rental charges are billed monthly, in advance*, unless part of a Package.

*DIRECT DEBIT DISCOUNT:

If you order Line Rental from us, the first payment that applies from when you go live to the end of your billing month will not be discounted.

Sorry, but we are only able to apply it to the month in advance.

If you are an existing Line Rental customer who switches to paying by direct debit, the discount will first be applied to your next bill.

Sorry, but we are unable to discount any advance charges you have already paid.
