You can get a share of our profits each year as a Member Dividend. Last year this was equivalent to 1.5% of whatever you'd spent with us. Not only that, but last year 9.6% of our pre-tax profits were contributed to community schemes.

We show that it is possible to run a successful business while behaving ethically and with a sense of social responsibility. Our ethical policy sets out the detail.
4 - our services won't cost the earth
We recycle, offset carbon emissions, buy green electricity, minimise car travel, provide staff bicycles, and have invested £25,000 in windfarm and hydroelectric development. When we talk about reducing emissions, it's more than hot air.
5 - we treat you well
Over 83% of our customers would recommend us. Good customer service is probably more important to us than to any other provider.
